We protect the quality of our product by ensuring every delivery is made with love and done well. At Hometown, we believe in quality over quantity, and we recognize that this truly magical, one-of-a-kind experience requires a special kind of customer who appreciates its artistry.

The process is entirely dependent on our founder to source, shop, build, and ship your 10-item box. Accordingly, our tentative timeline is 3–4 weeks, with an acknowledgment that it may extend beyond that due to busy schedules, travel, holidays, or other limitations. We understand how exciting and suspenseful this experience is to await your beautifully curated, custom package at your doorstep. However, we often remind guests of our small-business reality: we do not operate with the exact timelines of a larger corporation.

There is no predictable timetable for this business structure, but we do our best to ship within 1 month, even if there are scheduling conflicts or delays on the founder’s calendar. If you have a deadline or need your box by a specific date, we offer a $50 rush option at checkout. If you do not wish to rush your box, there is no need to “check in” frequently—our Instagram DMs and email are dedicated to planning custom boxes, and we will ensure your order remains active in our system once placed through our official website.

This business structure was created for those who want the opportunity to receive a large quantity of items within a single budget, tailored to their niche style and aesthetic.

The work I put into the boxes truly showcases my art in a way that YouTube and TikTok cannot, and it provides a meaningful connection with my viewers and their dream styles. I’m incredibly grateful that you’ve noticed and support the art behind this business.

Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

  • Order processing times may vary depending on order volume and Gabi’s production schedule. Because many of our items are prepared with care in small batches, processing is not guaranteed within a fixed timeframe.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • We ship throughout the United States.

    International shipping is offered on a limited, case-by-case basis depending on shipping costs and destination. Some international orders may require approval before shipment.

    If you are placing an international order and it is not automatically approved at checkout, you may be contacted prior to shipment regarding availability or additional shipping costs.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and carrier pricing.

    Free shipping promotions or discount codes apply only when explicitly offered and applied at checkout.

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is based on order size and destination.

    Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

    Hometown Vintage by Gabi is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

    Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

  • Occasionally, shipping carriers may request additional fees, including but not limited to:

    • Postage due

    • Address correction fees

    • Re-delivery or release fees

    These charges are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Any additional carrier-imposed fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Hometown Vintage by Gabi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to our support team and we will assist where possible.

  • We package all orders with care. However, shipping carriers may cause cosmetic damage to outer packaging during transit.

    Damage to the shipping box or outer packaging alone is not considered a product defect; please contact your shipping carrier and file a dispute.

    If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • All sales are final. No returns.

Anti- Harassment Policy

There are federal and state laws, enforced by the EEOC, that protect small businesses and their employees from harassment. A problematic purchase made in an attempt to target or retaliate against our founder’s public persona will result in immediate legal action, and all orders or future attempts will be refunded in full. Our policies are clearly stated on this website and will be provided in any and all documentation.

Customer Service Emails

Please allow 7–10 business days for our Customer Service team to respond regarding your order. If you do not hear back, please try emailing from an alternate address to ensure our reply is not sent to your Spam folder. Please refrain from direct messaging our Instagram account for updates, as messages there interrupt our workflow; the Instagram inbox is reserved for customers who need assistance with custom bundle planning.
