We protect the quality of our product by ensuring every delivery is made with love and done well. At Hometown, we believe in quality over quantity, and we recognize that this truly magical, one-of-a-kind experience requires a special kind of customer who appreciates its artistry.

The process is entirely dependent on our founder to source, shop, build, and ship your 10-item box. Accordingly, our tentative timeline is 3–4 weeks, with an acknowledgment that it may extend beyond that due to busy schedules, travel, holidays, or other limitations. We understand how exciting and suspenseful this experience is to await your beautifully curated, custom package at your doorstep. However, we often remind guests of our small-business reality: we do not operate with the exact timelines of a larger corporation.

There is no predictable timetable for this business structure, but we do our best to ship within 1 month, even if there are scheduling conflicts or delays on the founder’s calendar. If you have a deadline or need your box by a specific date, we offer a $50 rush option at checkout. If you do not wish to rush your box, there is no need to “check in” frequently—our Instagram DMs and email are dedicated to planning custom boxes, and we will ensure your order remains active in our system once placed through our official website.

This business structure was created for those who want the opportunity to receive a large quantity of items within a single budget, tailored to their niche style and aesthetic.

The work I put into the boxes truly showcases my art in a way that YouTube and TikTok cannot, and it provides a meaningful connection with my viewers and their dream styles. I’m incredibly grateful that you’ve noticed and support the art behind this business.

A problematic purchase made in an attempt to target or retaliate against our founder’s public persona will result in immediate legal action, and all orders or future attempts will be refunded in full.
